Process Workflow Guide
How Processes Work:
- Sequence Order: Determines the order in which processes appear in the batch workflow. Lower numbers come first.
- Active/Inactive: Only active processes are assigned to new batches. Existing batches keep their assigned processes.
- Editing: You can update process names, descriptions, and reorder them at any time.
- Deleting: Processes can only be deleted if they haven't been used in any batches. Otherwise, deactivate them.
- Default Processes: The system comes with 5 default processes: Sorting, Cutting, Polishing, Quality Check, and Packaging.
- Usage Statistics: Track how many batches use each process and monitor stones processed through each stage.
